“ Il ristorante "Don Antonio ai Camaldoli" è stato il luogo perfetto per festeggiare il mio compleanno insieme alla mia amata famiglia il 20 marzo. È stata un'occasione speciale in quanto mia sorella era appena scesa da Bologna per l'occasione, e i miei genitori sono clienti affezionati di questo incantevole locale. Non potevo fare a meno di essere entusiasta. E il nostro entusiasmo è stato ampiamente ricompensato quando abbiamo assaggiato l'antipasto: una delicata fusione di sapori che ha conquistato i nostri palati e parliamo di cucina casareccia. Il punto culminante della serata è stato il primo piatto chiamato "Malessere", che si è rivelato il fiore all'occhiello della cucina del ristorante. Una combinazione perfetta di ingredienti freschi e sapientemente preparati che ha reso il piatto non solo delizioso, ma anche memorabile. Il proprietario si è dimostrato non solo un padrone di casa qualificato, ma anche molto simpatico e accogliente. La sua presenza ha aggiunto un tocco personale e familiare alla serata, e non sorprende che sia molto conosciuto sui social per la sua passione e dedizione al ristorante. Grazie alla simpatia del proprietario e alla professionalità del cameriere, Il servizio impeccabile e l'atmosfera accogliente del ristorante hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. “ Tutti possono gestire un ristorante ma pochi si occupano e si preoccupano dei loro clienti come fa Enzo persona umile e disponibile come si direbbe a Napoli "sa campare" il che non é da tutti.
